Service Description

A one day workshop to jump start the learning of mindfulness, meditation, and pranayama. We learn the 8 limbs of Patanjali Ashtanga Yoga, art of mindfulness, how to meditate, how to do pranayama and yoga asanas and finally, learn the art of forgiving. It is a complete program to introduce yourself to the lifestyle that gives you a heart of fulfillment, completeness, tranquility, and peace. Many have attended and many have received similar experiences, and I am sure you will be picking up the wellbeing life style.
