Come and learn the technique of mindfulness while you are in action. Create the habit of cleansing your mind by listening and practicing the ultimate techniques by Karma yoga. This series is for 8 Weeks and every Thursday from 7pm to 8pm. It is very difficult to find peace in this fast paced life style without realizing the peace you are looking is very close within you. Come and realize the treasure of happiness is within you! These series gives you pointers to help to seek and search your own treasure!
