Our Mindfulness Workshop and Classes

Our workshop is designed for anyone to learn, engage, and benefit from the amazing benefits of incorporating mindfulness into your life and life situations. It's for anyone whether you are a beginner, advanced, or just interested in checking out the power of mindfulness.

Our weekly sessions provide you with a platform for culminating the practice of living mindfully that you learn in the workshop. 

The weekly classes are free and they are held online through Zoom, and it's on Pacific Time.
